BlahBlah Rewards — Referral Program Terms

These terms apply to purchases made while BlahBlah Rewards is enabled. Rewards are denominated in USD BlahBlah.com Credit.

What earns a reward

The referring account receives $5 BlahBlah.com Credit for a Standard address purchase, $8 for Prime, or $10 for SuperPrime. The tier of the address purchased determines the reward. Standard is also called Generic in the email catalog.

A reward is issued once per new address purchase after the initial invoice is paid through Stripe with a successful monetary payment. A discounted purchase with a positive payment can qualify. Registrations, clicks, renewals, restorations, upgrades, add-ons alone, complimentary addresses, and purchases paid entirely with credit or a full discount do not earn rewards. Split payments and payments recorded outside Stripe do not qualify.

Referral attribution

The first valid BlahBlah referral link clicked in a browser is retained for 30 days using a secure cookie on the account website. The referring address must belong to an active or grace-period account mailbox when the link is captured and when the purchase starts. Checkout records the referring account and the purchased tier. Blocking or clearing cookies, changing devices, or purchasing after the referral expires can prevent attribution. A proof email’s tracked purchase link can capture its original referring sender on the device where it is opened. Claims based solely on an email address or an unverified lead number do not establish a reward.

Using BlahBlah.com Credit

BlahBlah.com Credit is promotional account credit. It has no cash value, is not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash. Use the Rewards page to apply available BlahBlah.com Credit to future USD email invoices, including subscription renewals. Applied credit is used automatically by billing; it cannot pay an invoice that has already been finalized. Any unused billing credit remains for future invoices. Applying credit is not a cash payment or cash refund.

Refunds, reversals, and abuse

A full or partial refund or a payment dispute reverses the associated referral reward in full. A reversed reward is not automatically restored if a dispute is later won. If credit has already been applied to billing, the reversal may leave a negative Rewards balance, which future rewards offset. That balance does not authorize a charge to your payment method.

Self-referrals are excluded. Creating or controlling additional accounts to refer yourself, sham purchases, and attempts to manipulate attribution are prohibited. BlahBlah may review and reverse abusive rewards. Do not send spam or unwanted bulk messages to obtain referrals. When you recommend BlahBlah for a reward, disclose that you may receive BlahBlah.com Credit.

Records and support

Rewards activity is shown in your account without disclosing the buyer’s personal information. Sandbox rewards are separate from live rewards and cannot be used for live bills. Contact contact@blahblah.com with questions about a missing or pending reward. BlahBlah may change or end the program prospectively; purchases are evaluated against the reward tier recorded when checkout begins.
