BlahBlah.com Email Service Terms
1. The service
BlahBlah.com provides paid email addresses, hosted mailboxes, aliases, forwarding, storage upgrades, and related account tools. Features and availability may change as the service evolves.
2. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your account and mailbox credentials, and promptly notifying us if you believe an account has been compromised. You may not transfer or resell an address without our written approval.
3. Charges and renewal
Recurring plans renew automatically at the monthly or annual interval selected at checkout until canceled. Any one-time acquisition, reinstatement, storage, or forwarding charge is shown before payment. Stripe processes payments and stores payment-method details; BlahBlah.com does not receive complete card numbers.
4. Cancellation and payment failure
You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. If a recurring payment fails, the service may enter a seven-day grace period and may then be suspended. After suspension, mailbox data may be retained for up to six months before administrative review and deletion. Where practical, a final notice and at least 48 hours will be provided before approved deletion.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to send spam, conduct phishing or fraud, distribute malware, harass others, violate applicable law, or interfere with the service or other users.
BlahBlah.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any email address immediately and without prior notice when we reasonably believe it is being used for spam, phishing, fraud, malware distribution, harassment, illegal activity, abuse, or other inappropriate or harmful conduct that threatens users, third parties, or the service.
6. Service changes and availability
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, provider outages, legal requirements, or abuse prevention may affect availability.
7. Your content
You retain responsibility for the messages and other content you send, receive, or store. You grant us and our service providers permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and comply with legal obligations for the service.
8. Refunds
Recurring payments are non-refundable after a billing or renewal charge has been completed, except when a billing error occurred or applicable law requires otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewals and service continues through the paid billing period. One-time address acquisition and reinstatement fees are non-refundable after the address has been provisioned. BlahBlah.com may issue an exceptional refund at its discretion.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the account or another reasonable channel before they take effect when required.
